Willy Wonka would be damn proud, I’m proud and you should be proud. The mixologists have come up with a brand spanking new Spring menu that’s literally art.
Cocktails from the menu include:
1. Apple beer fizz
With calvados, beer-apple syrup, aquafaba and chamomile soda.
2. Doughnut on the meadow
Guns bell spiced rum, pepper, grapefruit cordial and honey broad bean shrub.
3. Flower pot margarita
With tequila, kumquat water, corn beer and broccoli foam.
4. Trust me! I’m a unicorn
Sor sauvignon blanc gin, hammam tea and horse radish bitter.
5. Spring high ball
Featuring homemade limoncello, chili pineapple sorbet, fennel and prosecco!
