Gone will be the days of those delicious hot dogs bought at any random time, from a Sunday afternoon family drive to a post-Paceville piss-up.

The two-storey restaurant has been put up for rent as a fully-furnished and fully-equipped restaurant. It has everything one needs to start running it all over again, from TVs and a CCTV system to pizza ovens and the famous gas cooker that have provided the country with some of the best hot dogs ever.

If anyone is interested in continuing the Sunrise legacy, the whole establishment is priced at €120 per day, or €3,650 per month. If you’ve got that kind of money lying around or have been thinking about an investment, please consider the collective memories of half the country.

Here’s hoping someone decides to carry this legacy on; we can’t afford to let Sunrise become another victim of time.
