“Marvin Gauci accompanied me to discover some typical dishes that I fell in love with, from pastizzi to ftira with tuna, and a variety of desserts waiting to be discovered,” the Italian chef raved.

The duo first visited the iconic Serkin, which Marvin described to Bruno as the home of pastizzi. At Serkin, Bruno also tasted the typical ‘te fit-tazza’ while speaking to some locals.

During the episode, the pair went on to taste typical Maltese street food, including tuna ftira and some delicious traditional desserts.
