Condé Nast Traveller is an international series which focuses on travel destinations, culture and food. Lately they started a new Chefs’ World Series which featured none other than our beloved Malta.

The series celebrates our sunny island as one of this year’s top destinations in Europe. Apart from the obvious beauty and rich cultural heritage, Malta seems to be booming in the international culinary scene too.

They featured local Head Chef from Noni, Jonathan Brincat. The menu Brincat put together was an experience of taste which takes the viewers on a culinary tour of our island.

From our beloved ġbejna to braised pork cheeks, the menu both impressed and perplexed the patrons who described our cuisine as a hard to pin down cacophony of British, French and flavours from around the world.
