In the second episode of the captivating Viaggio A Malta series, culinary giants Bruno Barbieri and Marvin Gauci unite to celebrate the rich tapestry of Maltese cuisine by preparing the traditional ravioli dish.
“Valletta is a city full of culture, but also of bars and restaurants. Walking on the streets at night, I was fascinated by the scents and colours of traditional dishes,” Barbieri wrote captioning a clip he shared on his Instagram page.

“One in particular struck me: the Maltese ravioli. As a good Emilian, raised on fresh homemade pasta, I decided to revisit them together with my friend Marvin Gauci,” the Italian chef added.
