It’s only been a few months since Wok to Walk opened a branch in Malta but the noodles take-out parlour has already started shaking up its menu.

That’s right, Wok to Walk is now giving you the option to top up your noodles, rice or vegetables with cuts of lampuki! While it may be less traditionally Asian than the chicken, pork and prawns options, it is sure to attract a lot of interest from curious locals and tourists alike.

And the restaurant’s do-it-yourself format means you can try out Malta’s favourite fish with a range of options you probably never even considered. Noodles with lampuki, prawns, cashew nuts, pineapple and oyster sauce? Or how about keeping it simple with jasmine rice with lampuki, cherry tomatoes and fried onions?
