Xemxija Is Getting A Lido With A Seafood And Grill Restaurant This May
Salt Water, opening this May, is a lido with a seafood and grill restaurant that will be gracing Xemxija this summer, and we’re getting pretty excited.
It will be located within the Ambassador Hotel in Xemxija (popular with tourists and locals alike) which you’ll be able to access from -1 floor (but it will have its own entrance).
The lido will open daily with affordable packages such as early buffet with use of the pool, use of the pool with lunch or breakfast, pool use and lunch.
The morning menu will be the lido’s menu, but the evening will have an a’ la carte focusing on seafood and grilled meats. You can expect tons of fresh seafood dishes, pastas and juicy steaks. But that’s not all; one of the highlights will consist of a huge paella pot serving 60 to 80 people and live outdoor cooking.
The outside terrace is just a couple of metres away from the sea boasting unobstructed views.
Salt Walter are planning on hosting poolside BBQs, live music events, daily 2-for-1 happy hours, daily food specials, private functions ad late night pool events.
An indoor children’s play area is in the works, with CCTV cameras so that parents can oversee their kids from their tables on the screens provided.
