Oscar-Winning Actor Mahershala Ali Spotted In Gozo Ahead Of Jurassic World Filming
Oscar-winning actor Mahershala Ali has been spotted in Gozo ahead of the filming for the next instalment of the Jurassic World franchise.
The actor was in Marsalforn after he dined at Kartell Restaurant who shared a photo of Ali yesterday.

“It was an honour to serve such an esteemed guest. Mahershala, thank you for choosing us—we hope you enjoyed your lunch experience as much as we enjoyed having you,” the restaurant wrote on its social media pages.
Ali is known for his outstanding performances in films like Moonlight and Green Book which won him Oscars for Best Supporting Actor for his performance.
Ali’s involvement in the film has only heightened anticipation, as he joins the star-studded cast which also includes Scarlett Johansson in the lead role.
Not much is known about the upcoming Jurassic Park movie yet, but it is expected to be called Extinction and has confirmed a UK and US release of 2nd July 2025.
