Watch: Long Queues Spotted For Gozo Ferry At Ċirkewwa Ahead Of Public Holiday

Considering next Tuesday is a public holiday, it appears many people had the same idea to head to Gozo ahead of the Feast of St. Joseph.

The MV Nikolaos is currently out of service, undergoing drydock maintenance until 25th March. This contributes to increased traffic in Ċirkewwa, as Gozo Channel services are operating with one fewer vessel.
Currently, construction is also underway in Ċirkewwa to add a second lane to the road leading from the Marfa roundabout to the ferry terminal, expected to be completed before summer.
