For the love of historical food: Heritage Malta and Malta Food Agency cement their collaboration in their mission to conserve and protect Maltese traditional food in the support of the local food industry.
The partnership aims to boost the standing that traditional Maltese food has in the world. Additionally, the two entities will be working together to nurture knowledge, sustainability and development in the food industry. They’re hoping to work towards international collaborations and commercial initiatives to add value to the local food heritage.
The two entities agreed on their mission that is to assure that Maltese food won’t be a thing of the past but experienced and enjoyed by the future generations, locally and internationally.
