Air Malta Announces More Flight Cancellations Due To Catania Airport Fire

In a recent press release, Air Malta informed passengers of further cancellations for flights on the 22nd, 23rd, 24th, and 25th July.
This comes in response to continuing restrictions on aircraft movements imposed by Catania Airport due to a fire.
Flights that have been cancelled include:
– Flight KM640 from Malta to Catania and KM641 from Catania to Malta, both scheduled for departure on the 22nd and 23rd of July, at 6am and 7:25am.
– Flight KM642 from Malta to Catania and KM643 from Catania to Malta, scheduled for departure on the 24th and 25th of July, at 10pm and 11:25pm.
The situation remains fluid, with Air Malta promising to provide additional information as soon as it becomes available.
Air Malta has expressed its sincere apologies for the inconveniences caused by these cancellations, which are unfortunately beyond the airline’s control.
