Watch: There Is A Can In Cancer” Football Legends Voice Support For Maltese Research Hub
With the Euro2024 kicking off yesterday, Keith Azzopardi Tanti shared a video to his instagram showing multiple English and Italian Football legends congratulating researchers for the new Cancer Research and Innovation Hub Malta (CRIHM).
Despite the divide between Maltese supporters of Italian and English football, Filippo Inzaghi, Bryan Robson, Javier Zannetti, Wes Brown and others extended their best wishes and showed their support to the Maltese government.
“There is a can in cancer, and this can only be done through research” Jaap Stam stated.

“I wish the best of luck to the new Maltese foundation in cancer research. By investing in research Malta can also shape the future of cancer care,” English football manager and former player Bryan Robson said.
Without research, cancer treatment cannot take place. The Foundation CRIHM is focusing on sustainable research under one roof with the aim to improve the quality of life of the Maltese as well as the world around us.
