The Social Media Awards will see 20 awards given out to the people who have kept us entertained on the internet for the year 2018.

Accompanied by musical guests The Ranch, Chucky and Davinia will be greeting winners and handing them special, one-of-a-kind trophies.

So, if you want to find out who our winners are, or just want to watch Chucky and Davinia fight for centre stage, tune in tomorrow at noon and get ready for a day full of good music, bad jokes, and beautiful people.

Obviously, none of this would be possible without the help of our sponsors. These companies and organisations have stepped in to make sure we give you guys the best show we could possibly think up.
