A campaign called #LoveYourself centered around female empowerment and helping to those in need is launching in April. And it’s kicking off in the best way possible at Dar Merħba Bik, an organization which offers shelter for female victims of domestic violence and their children. 

Residents of Dar Merħba Bik will be offered hair styling sessions throughout the day on Monday the 3rd of April. Lunch will be prepared by Baked, known for their delicious treats, and gift packs will also be given out to the residents. 

This campaign is part of a series of events that is being planned by Schwarzkopf. The aim is to help women who have been through any sort of unfortunate situation feel empowered, and as the campaign slogan indicates, help them to love themselves. According to Schwarzkopf, they’re doing this because they believe “hope is still out there, and they can still achieve anything they set out to do; Schwarzkopf just want to give them that extra push that they need by realising their inner and outer beauty”. 

The event at Dar Merħba Bik is just the beginning. The campaign promises to collaborate with various charitable services, and Schwarzkopf are encouraging any organization to reach out to them on [email protected] in order to work on future projects.
