‘New Prague Citizen’! Eddie Fresco Moves Abroad As He Explores New Alternative Sound
Eddie Fresco has just relocated to Prague while announcing the upcoming release of his new alternative music.
“The first time attempting the alternate sound, and I think we’ve managed to make some really good music,” Eddie explained.
Speaking with Lovin Malta, Eddie expressed his enthusiasm for embarking on a fresh musical venture exploring indie music, a departure from his typical rap style.
“There is no limit to what this brain wants to do, and even though this is not what you would expect from me, I can comfortably say that this is definitely some of the best music you are yet to hear from me,” he said on his Instagram.

Eddie’s move to Prague – where he’s managed to find a massive new audience which has helped catapult his sound and vastly increase his streaming numbers – has been a long time coming.
However, this year, the stars have aligned and the rapper is going through with his dream of taking the Maltese sound abroad.
“We did so much with so little,” he said this week, uploading one last photo from the islands as he waited for his flight, “I’m so proud of us”.
By the following morning, he uploaded a new photo, celebrating the fact that he had just become “a new Prague citizen”.
