Screening Of KSU’s ‘Alice In Bormla’ Happening At Eden Cinemas Next Week
A screening of KSU’s ‘Alice in Bormla’ will be showing at the Eden Cinemas next Saturday.
The satirical take on Alice in Wonderland was part of this year’s Students’ Fest showcase, put up by the students’ council KSU (Kunsill Studenti Universitarji), and many other extremely talented, University of Malta students.
The screening for it will take place on 15th July, at 10.30pm.
Students’ Fest is a student-led musical production – everything including script, direction, set, choreography, and more, is done by the students themselves – and hosted by KSU (Kunsill Studenti Universitarji).
Earlier this year, the directors of Alice in Bormla, Raquel Sammut and Matthea Borg, had told Lovin Malta the following:
“Way back when we had just decided on doing a rendition of Alice in Wonderland, we had met up with the branding and marketing company, Ponder & Pitch. Their team was super excited to work on this project and they brought to the table several different ideas which would work really well for what we wanted, including ‘Alice in Bormla’. It stuck and we ended up structuring the whole show around this title.”
