This Maltese Artist Is Showing Off Malta’s Best Bits In Wonderful Watercolour

Specialising in watercolour, Trudy Gera is a Maltese artist and art teacher whose work showcases Malta and its surroundings in a colourful array of subtle hues and splashes.

In 2011, Trudy graduated with a BA in History of Art from the University of Malta. In 2014, she earned her Masters in Museum Studies at the University of Leicester.

While her studies were all about the buildings housing the artworks and history, creating art itself has been a part of Trudy’s life from a very young age.

Presenting a combination of detail within design and bright, loosely saturated colours illuminate the painting in a way only watercolours can.
