Kurt Calleja’s Taking A Leap Of Faith… Offline?
Hot off the tails of his latest release, Sweet Chili, Kurt Calleja is about to… take a break from social media?
Announcing the blackout on his Instagram yesterday, Kurt told his audience:
“I need a break. I will be off social media for the time being.” Citing the last several years of his activity as a need to disconnect from the grips of social media, it seems Kurt needs a bit of ‘Me Time’ instead of ‘Our Time’.
We’re unsure if this means he’s going into full-blown hiatus mode with his music as well or if he’s just not going to be appearing on our feeds for a while, but whatever the reasoning behind it we wish him the best of luck in digital silence.
Sometimes it’s nice to disconnect and take a breath, everyone’s battery runs low and it’s always a good idea to recharge.
