Malta’s queen of coloured hair and lace front wigs (sorry Chucky) Stella Cini has just hit a massive milestone in her career!
The influencer hit 100,000 followers on Instagram this morning, making her the third Maltese person to reach this milestone. Sarah Zerafa reached it towards the end of 2018, currently sitting at 165K followers, whilst YouTuber Grandayy has an insane total of 2.1M followers.
Stella’s following grew rapidly last year, when she became the second Maltese person to be awarded a Silver Play Button for reaching 100,000 subscribers. That number has more than doubled within the span of a year, with Stella is currently boasting 267,436 subscribers.
The hairstylist’s YouTube channel features loads of hair and wig tutorials on how to style wigs and your own hair, as well as some more complex tutorials for the brave souls out there willing to cut their own bangs. Or dye their hair neon green.
She also has some funnier videos, like this one where she glues a wig onto her head while blindfolded. Because, why not?
The young influencer took to Instagram to thank her followers, saying that she doesn’t care much for numbers but 100,000 is ‘a big number’. And she’s not wrong. She also said that her next goal would be to gain more followers than the population of Malta, and she’s a quarter of the way there.
Her Instagram sports a series of short videos taken form her YouTube uploads, sneak peeks and future hairstyles, some goofy shots, and some absolutely out of this world shots.
It’s no wonder this girl is going places. She deserves it!
