Meet Mr. And Miss World Malta, The Newly Crowned Faces For The International Competition

Watch out world, Malta is ready to battle it out for the international modelling title of Mr. and Miss World after crowning two winners last night.

Maria Ellul and Daryl Azzopardi will be representing the island in the global competition hosted in December 2018 and January 2019 respectively.

Organised by Modelle International, the competition at Pjazza Teatru Rjal saw Maria from Valletta beat out 27 other competitors and Daryl, a resident of Swatar, take the title despite competition from 21 other eligible candidates.

Mister World will be hosted in the Philippines while this year’s edition of Miss World will take place in China.
