Sexiest Maths Teacher In The World Spotted Chilling In Gozo

Growing up, we’ve all found ourselves in the bashful, giggle-fit situation of having a crush on a teacher. And while you might’ve thought that no one could ever be as attractive as that one teacher you equally looked up to and lusted over, we’re willing to be they weren’t as hot as Pietro Boselli. And if you want to double check that, this is the perfect time to swing by to the sister island of Gozo.

A Maths-teacher-turned-supermodel, the Italian hunk was spotted chilling in Xlendi this week. Boasting an insane 2.5 million followers on Instagram, Boselli shared snaps next to Xlendi Tower, lapping up the sun and working on his tan.

Three years ago, the then 26-year-old became an instant hit online thanks to a Buzzfeed article introducing him to the world. The dreamy six-footer – who was personally told by Giorgio Armani that he should become a model when he was six years old – was also a Maths teacher back then. After his second (and significantly less clothed) persona was made viral by his students, he entered the Sexiest Teacher In The World competition (yes, it exists), which he obviously won.

A couple of years later, Boselli was modelling for the likes of Abercrombie & Fitch and Armani, not to mention kicking off his very own sportswear brand, Petra Design. The young model – who also happens to have a PhD in Mechanical Engineering from UCL – says he trains up to three times a day “just for fun”, but to this day calls himself a “nerd”.

It looks like Boselli has managed to find some proper downtime in between all the workout regimes and jet-setting, though, in the form of little Gozo. And it sure seems like he’s been making the most of the islands’ current sunny spell; within hours of his first upload, the model’s next post on his feed saw a significantly more tanned Boselli pose in a fluorescent Petra swimsuit, his own design.

In a series of Instagram stories, Boselli could also be seen sunbathing, admiring Gozo’s salt pans and diving near the Wied Miela? window for some good old jellyfish-spotting

This is not the first time that the Italian hunk found himself blessing Malta’s sister island with some eye-watering views.

This time last year, he had uploaded similarly thirst-inducing shots, incidentally also next to Xlendi Tower, with the caption, “Heat, just heat. And height.” And while he was sporting a relatively more subdued black pair of triangles back in 2017, he was still flashing his millions of followers with that signature disarming smile.

So if you’ve been meaning to catch a glimpse of the hottest teacher in the world and ask him some very important Maths questions, we’d recommend heading to Gozo ASAP.

Let us know whether he manages to answer your questions on the inverse design based on the methodology for rapid 3D multi-objective optimisation of axial turbines (which is an actual academic paper he’s published).
