WATCH: Emma Muscat Opens Up About The Tough Music Industry During Her Acceptance Speech At The LMAs

On a night full of awards and inspirational acceptance speeches, Maltese starlet Emma Muscat had some choice – and very real – words for her fans and young artists trying to make it in the entertainment industry.
After thanking her family, record label, fans and some other key people, she opened up about the music industry ever since she catapulted to fame two years ago.
“You know, the music industry is not easy at all, it’s very difficult, it’s very competitive, and it gets lonely at times.”
Famously, Emma Muscat had appeared on the Italian music competition show Amici. During her time there, she had a bit of a rough time with some other contestants, as well as experienced other personal challenges – all in the public eye.
“The most rewarding thing is that you get to do what you love every single day,” she said. “So to all the artists out there, continue what your doing, believe in yourselves, don’t let anyone get in your way, and never say never!”

Emma won Best International Success during the first-ever edition of the Lovin Music Awards, in a hotly contested category that featured big names such as Joseph Calleja and the New Victorians.
