Watch: ‘God Forbid They Stop’ – Terry Muscat Says Bajd U Bejken ‘Crossed The Line’… But Shouldn’t Be Cancelled

As the latest national controversy continues to unfold, popular social media personality and activist Terry Muscat has opened up how she was “completely broken” by Bajd u Bejken’s joke this weekend… but stopped short of wishing they’d be deplatformed.
“What I wish is not for them to stop the programme, because I don’t harbour any ill wishes towards anyone,” Terry said in a snippet of an exclusive interview shared moments ago by Sidestreet Malta. “I just want justice for me and people like me who they tried to destroy. They can do as many programmes as they want, I’m not going to dictate that, but they should be proper in the way they behave and speak.”
“My message to Bajd u Bejken is that I hope they don’t think I’m a vindictive person,” Terry continued. “God forbid they close their programme. I want this programme to continue, but for them to be careful what they show.”

“I can’t, as a transgender person, accept that you show something thinking you’re going to draw people’s sympathies, while breaking down a person, like they did to me from last Saturday onwards,” she went on. “Just like the police know and all the people helping me, I even have a friend who’s helping me all the time.”
“They need to be careful,” Terry finished. “Because they crossed the line now.”
After the divisive podcast showed an edited photo of Terry with male genitalia during one of their live shows last weekend, Terry announced she’d be taking legal action against them, with countless Maltese personalities pledging their public support and condemning Bajd U Bejken. The dark comedy podcast group, meanwhile, confirmed they were contacted by police about the joke, refusing to comment for now due to the “sensitivity” of the situation.
