13 Reasons Why actor Ross Butler was spotted in Malta and has been enjoying the scenic views and hot weather the island has to offer.

“This is Malta, so beautiful,” Butler said on his Instagram stories. “It’s so hot though, so hot,” as he shared the scenic view from Tigne’, Sliema.
