Watch: Valletta’s Iconic Busker Serenades Wes Brown With A Manchester United Tune
Legendary former Manchester United defender Wes Brown was spotted in Valletta today, vibing to a tune about his old club.
While walking down Republic Street with a companion, Brown encountered Benny Grima, the veteran busker renowned for tailoring his tunes according to his audience.
Of course, Benny played a song about Manchester United that mentioned Wes Brown’s name, to the delight of the former defender.
Brown is a Manchester United ambassador and has regularly promoted Malta as part of a promotional campaign between the club and the Maltese tourism authorities.
In a recent interview with TVM, Brown said he has visited Malta many times, hailing the island for its weather, beaches, food, nightlife and “good” prices.
