British YouTuber Alfie Deyes is in Malta with a mission!
Known for his popular lifestyle content, Alfie has arrived to compete in The Maltese Falcon Race—but this isn’t just about fitness; it’s for a cause close to his heart: men’s mental health.
Alfie shared his excitement on social media, saying, “I can finally talk about the charity element of everything and the reason why I am here in Malta doing this fitness event.”

On 5th October 2024, Alfie, along with his school friends Morgan and Max, will be participating in this endurance event, aiming to raise both awareness and £5,000 for men’s mental health.
The Maltese Falcon Race is an intense endurance challenge, featuring a 15.5 km run, followed by a 3 km kayak, a 1 km run, another 3 km kayak, and a demanding 56 km cycling route that starts in Gozo, passes through Comino, and finishes in Malta.
If they reach their goal, several sponsors—including Future Self, notwoways, Specialist Rescue Group, and Sidemen (BrightSide)—have pledged to match donations.
This means that if someone donates £10, it will automatically turn into £50.
The final amount raised will be split among three incredible charities: The Woodpecker Project, Movember, and Dads Unlimited.
For Alfie, this isn’t just about the physical challenge—it’s about sparking vital conversations around men’s mental health and encouraging people to seek the help they need.
