Having dedicated spaces where the entire community can come together and just have a chat is crucial to maintaining a happy and healthy society. That’s why Nestlé’s Consumer Centre has been renovated to act as a new community space.

The Nestlé Consumer Centre in Lija will now act as the space where the public and the brands can meet. The whole point of this refurbishment is to encourage Nestlé customers to go and experience their brands like never before.

“Thanks to this newest refurbishment, our team at the Consumer Care Centre can continue to offer a professional and peerless service, through active listening. This centre is Nestlé’s specific intersection place with our clients. Thanks to this renewal, we aim to continue our physical interactions with our esteemed consumers and invite them to engage and partake in a Nestlé experience.” said Marie-Clare Church, Consumer Centre & Digital Specialist at Nestlé Malta.

Nothing beats face-to-face interaction and actually holding something in your hand, and that’s why anyone and everyone is welcome to the Nestlé Consumer Centre to experience the Nestlé brands. This Consumer Centre turned community space is all about building relationships and putting a face to the brand.

Events and informational sessions will also be held at the new and improved Nestlé Consumer Centre to help further bridge the gap between consumer and seller.

Nestlé’s main aim is to improve everyone’s quality of life, and thanks to this dedicated space that facilitates customer interaction, they can do just that.
