Freeze Your Christmas Balls Off For Charity In Sliema This December

Article Featured Image

Swimming and Christmas don’t really make a great pair (unless you live in Australia), but every year a bunch of brave individuals don a Santa costume and jump into the sea, all for a good cause.

The Thomas Smith Christmas Charity Swim is an annual event organised in aid of the Malta Community Chest Fund, held under the patronage of the Office of the President. Attendees will be braving the cold on the 30th of December, and you can join in by meeting them on the pier below Independence Garden in Sliema.

Registration can be carried out online, or in person on the day starting at 09:30hrs, and the swim will commence at 10:30hrs.

Grab your Santa hats and your friends and get ready for some (cold) fun! And if they don’t feel like getting their toes wet, ask them to sponsor you by donating further towards the Malta Community Chest Fund. Further information on how to donate can be found in the event description!
