The Future Of Blue Recruitment Is Here: New Employment Platform Will Launch Today, Bridging Malta With Italian Job Market
The platform will catapult Malta’s industry hopefuls into a stronger position within the EU’s job markets, hoping to expand the local horizons beyond Maltese shores.
If you are a Maltese, Italian or EU citizen or entrepreneur, the site has high hopes to help you progress further by putting you in contact with the right people.
Jobmatch 2020 is a tool to be used by both job seekers and entrepreneurs with the aim of easing direct communication. The platform runs through a multifunctional portal with the aim of creating a medium for the supply and demand of work, especially in sectors of the blue and circular economy by promoting and simplifying the professional integration of the unemployed.
The Blue Circular Economy is a transnational project funded by the Northern Periphery and Arctic Programme, that helps Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises offering products and service within marine recycling solutions, to attain viable reach into markets.
A number of public institutions, HR managers, employment agencies and ultimate job seekers will be in attendance at the conference in St Julian’s today, with notable speakers such as Hon. Minister Aaron Farrugia, the Italian Ambassador in Malta Mario Sammartino, and members and representatives of the General Workers Union, European Union Programmes Agency, EU Funds Malta, the Department Of Industrial And Employment Relations.
