Watch: Boxer Steve Martin To Take Climb For Kate Challenge To Raise Money For Five-Year-Old With Extremely Rare Condition
Kate Ferriggi, a five-year-old Maltese girl, was born with Tatton Brown Rahman Syndrome, an exceptionally rare condition leading to both physical and intellectual disabilities.
What sets Kate’s condition apart even further is a unique mutation never previously documented, making her the sole individual worldwide to be affected by it.
Consequently, Kate undergoes intensive therapy on a daily basis to develop fundamental skills that most people acquire naturally from birth, including learning to walk. This necessity prompted the launch of the latest fundraising initiative by boxer Steve Martin, who will be embarking in a physical challenge for the little girl.

On 25th February, the boxer will be climbing the Riviera Bay steps for three hours, and his goal is to collect €300 every time we reaches the top of the stairs.
The boxer took to social media to invite “all Boxing Clubs, Businesses and every other sport or organization” to join him in his feat.
“Let’s rally behind Steve as he takes on this challenge with heart and determination. Every step he takes is a step closer to supporting my daughter’s therapy fund,” Kate’s mother wrote in a Facebook post.
Donations can be sent on Kate’s Revolut or Bov Mobile +356 7905 1866
Good luck Steve! Will you be joining his cause?
