Make The Most Of It This Weekend! Earth Garden Organiser Confirms This Is The Popular Roots Stage’s Final Year
Revellers of Malta’s annual Earth Garden Festival will have one last chance to enjoy performers on the seminal Roots Stage as organiser Howard Keith Debono confirms it will be changed and reinvented next year.
In a post on Facebook welcoming guests to the first day of the festival, Debono showed off the upgraded Enchanted Forest section, teased about surprises to be found along the way and ended by announcing a big change for the Roots Stage.
“This is the last year you’ll be seeing the Roots Stage this way,” Howard told his Facebook followers. “Next year, we have something else in mind.”
Primarily known as the stage that hosts the festival’s largest closing acts, The Roots has seen everyone from Brikkuni to The Riffs play to large crowds gathered on the final night
Earth Garden is the largest Alternative Music Festival Malta held annually at the National Park since 2007, and every year it attracts around some 30,000 music lovers from across Malta and beyond.
With fun areas that cover everything from Healing Fields to Strawberry Hills, there really is something for everyone from camping addicts to alternative music lovers.
