Watch: 403 Kilograms Of Litter Cleared From Malta’s Shores

403 kilograms have been cleared from Maltese shores through a collaborative effort by Coast is Clear foundation and the US Embassy.

“Proud to work with these dedicated military eco warriors fighting plastic pollution and clearing a whopping 403 kilograms of plastics, ropes, polystyrene, tyres and tourist litter from these gorgeous waters,” wrote the two entities in a post on social media.

The US Marine Corps and US Navy joined Mark Galea Pace from the Coast is Clear foundation in the coastal cleanups at Comino’s Crystal Lagoon and St Paul’s Islands Bay.
