Claudia Faniello, Malta’s 2017 Eurovision Song Contest representative and beloved Maltese singer, has sent a unique message of support to Christabelle before tonight’s semi-final performance.

She uploaded a short clip of herself covering Christabelle’s 2018 entry song, Taboo, in a toned-down acoustic version.

In the raw, intimate cover, Claudia sings Christabelle’s lyrics in her own trademark way, and gives the song a new touch. Claudia also wished Christabelle well by saying she will be supporting the song and ended the video with “Viva Malta, Viva Christabelle, Viva Taboo”.

The video has already racked up thousands of views in just a couple of days
