MCAST Advanced Diploma Students Present Final Pieces In Fashion And Movement Showcase
Last Monday marked the exhilarating second edition of “Fashion Unleashed,” a vibrant fashion and movement showcase.
Presented by the Malta International Arts Festival alongside MCAST Institute for the Creative Arts, this event highlighted the collaborative efforts of students from the Advanced Diploma in Fashion and Retail and the Advanced Diploma in Performing Arts.
The showcase featured four fashion collections: “Opulent Allure,” “Remnant,” “Velata Anima,” and “Precarious,” displaying a total of 21 stunning dresses.
These creations were the students’ final projects for their Advanced Diploma, aimed at preparing them for careers in the fashion industry, including roles in design, production, retail, and marketing. Performing Arts students were merged into the presentation to add motion and excitement.
The event also included a live performance by Bowz Duo featuring violinists Nadine Galea and Reginald Clews.
