Probably a tad to basic, but highly suitable, comfortable and appropriate for summer. The equivalent to the male plimsoll, and just as casual.
A great shoe to go literally anywhere in, the Converse is slowly being overshadowed by that other all-white sneaker, the Adidas Stan Smiths.
4. Calvin Klein sport bras
Maybe it’s the heat, maybe it’s just the fashion, but when winter goes, the bras come out.
Typically found under an unbuttoned but tied up shirt for girls going for a trendier look, the black sports bra is going to make a couple of dozen appearances of this summer.
5. Glitzy sandals
They’ll catch your eye.
With the sun reflecting into them and shining a burning light straight into your retina, they are unmissable. It’s a great way to add some p’zaz to your outfit, and a definite essential which will be seen more than once.
6. Sunglasses
Sure, everyone needs a pair of sunglasses in summer, but we in Malta really take the whole ‘essential’ thing to a whole new level.
Whether they’re the huge ones which cover half your face or the classic, more minimalist brands, going out without a pair of sunglasses is both physically and socially harmful.
And get ready for the “I wear my sunglasses at night” Instagram posts.
7. One Piece
Do it for the fashion and the Instagram post.
A great option for anyone who may not feel comfortable in a bikini, or anyone who simply likes them.
Elegant and chic, there’s no reason for you not to own one, at least only for the purpose of changing things up every now and again.
