Charles and Ron once again made their mark on the international stage with a striking showcase in New York City, with their Spring/Summer 2026 collection “Rebirth.”

New York is one of the world’s most renowned fashion capitals, apart from Paris, Milan and London. Their latest appearance drew attention not only for the designs themselves but also for the atmosphere created behind the scenes, where their team of models could be seen in high spirits as they prepared alongside the celebrated designers.

For Charles and Ron, participation in this prestigious event has become something of a tradition. The Maltese designers are admired for their ability to blend contemporary fashion with distinctive cultural influences from their home country. Their runway presentations regularly include subtle nods to Maltese heritage, allowing them to share a piece of their identity while appealing to a global market.

The event was part of New York Fashion Week, held twice a year every February and September, and considered one of the industry’s “Big Four” events. Known for attracting some of the biggest names in global fashion, the week offers a platform for designers to present their latest collections to an international audience.

This year’s showcase was no exception. Alongside their designs, the duo shone a spotlight on Maltese talent both on and off the runway. From the models who brought their vision to life, to the team of hairstylists and makeup artists working behind the curtain, the presentation celebrated not only fashion but also the creative talent emerging from Malta.

This year’s Miss Universe Malta winner, Julia Anne Cluett, was also a huge part of the fashion show, having starred in the show intro video donning one of the dresses from the collection.
