Malta is about to get a sporty dose of Philipp Plein, with the superstar fashion designer and mogul himself teasing a video of the upcoming PLEINSPORT Sliema store himself.
Taking to Instagram yesterday, the 46-year-old German entrepreneur shared clips of the store’s front with his 3.1 million followers, saying the move was part of a worldwide opening of 300 stores within 36 months.
“Malta is on its way,” Plein said, showing what the store is set to look like.

Branding itself as a “winners club” where “performance and style come together in a unique brand,” PLEINSPORT prides itself on being “the world’s first luxury active sportswear brand” with a very simple mantra: “First Rule: No Rules”.
The store, which is set to open at Sliema’s The Point Shopping Mall soon, marks just the beginning of an exciting new chapter for collaborations with the German fashion entrepreneur, who said he is “thrilled and eagerly anticipating launching Plein Sport in Malta”
