Ħal Għaxaq is a small locality in the South of Malta with a population of less than 5,000 people, but it makes up for its size by being one hell of a cool village.

With a name that might very well be derived from the Maltese word for delight, here’s why you need to make your way down to Għaxaq ASAP.

1. Għaxaq takes #streetporn to a whole new level

Oh yeah, and it also has one of the strongest contenders for the coolest house in Malta; this beauty from 1901.
