Malta Records 34 New Cases Of COVID-19 As 21 People Recover

Malta has registered 34 new cases of COVID-19 over the past 24 hours with 21 patients recovering during the same period.

Nine people are being treated in hospital, four of whom are in intensive care.

The number of active cases has crept up slightly to 251, with 462 deaths reported since the start of the pandemic.

54,079 doses of the vaccine booster have been administered so far.
