‘L-Aħħar Pass’: Hospice Malta Launches 2024 Telethon
Hospice Malta has launched its annual telethon for this year, ‘L-aħħar pass’ with the aim to raise enough funds to complete the final stages of the St Michael Hospice complex, which will be inaugurated later this year in September.
The telethon will be broadcasted on local channels on Sunday for 12 hours, from 11am to 11pm. While collecting donations, the telethon will also be showing interviews of people who have been greatly impacted by Hospice Malta’s services while explaining how they will benefit from the completion of complex.
This building will be Malta’s first palliative care complex, offering important in-patient facilities that will ensure the comprehensive support that Hospice Malta has been giving to patients with life-limiting illnesses and their families for 34 years.
