‘A Symbol Of Power’: Terry Muscat Shines In New Event’s Poster Celebrating Her ‘Resilience, Authenticity And Kindness’

Fans of popular Maltese queer party  Nerve have just been given the good news that, “after a prolonged hiatus”, the series will be making a return next month. But it didn’t take long for the event poster’s protagonist to take centre stage instead.

The next edition of Nerve, aptly named OPULENCE, features a grand golden palace with, front and centre, none other than Terry Muscat, looking her absolute best after a professional photoshoot which saw her being given the queen treatment she’s always deserved. And she looks so good, in fact, that half the reactions on the party’s announcement are all about her.

Also known as Terry Ta’ Bormla and affectionately known as Zija TT, Muscat is a popular social media influencer who had even tentatively ventured into local politics this time last year.

And while she eventually announced she wouldn’t contest last summer’s local council elections, Muscat has always been a very vocal activist when it comes to her beloved Bormla, earning her the love and respect of many locals and Maltese people alike.

“Beyond proud of the latest poster,” Nerve’s founder wrote on social media moments after the poster went live. “A symbol of power – our OPULENCE poster showcases Terry Muscat, a pioneer with whom we are celebrating her resilience, authenticity and kindness.”
