Kor Kwir sang a beautiful rendition of Over the Rainbow in Maltese during their premiere event at Pjazza Tritoni.

Malta’s first queer community choir impressed the audience with their amazing performance in Valletta last night, where they sang multiple mashups led by the talented Luke Saydon, with music arrangements by Matteo Depares.

“Qawsalla”, is the Maltese version of the popular song “Over the Rainbow,” first recorded by Judy Garland in 1938, which may have inspired the rainbow flag as well.
