A video sent to Lovin Malta captured a man driving along the Sliema promenade late last night, raising fresh questions about road safety and awareness.
The person who sent the footage to the newsroom said they witnessed the car enter the promenade from the Exiles area at around 10.55pm. The video appears to show the driver proceeding calmly along the pedestrian pathway.
