Maltese estate agencies QuickLets and Zanzi Homes have taken charity work to a whole new level, and they’re doing it all in Ghana.

Yesterday, 300 children were supplied with internet for a whole year. QuickLets and Zanzi founder Steve Mercieca shared the heartbreaking story of how the first thing the children searched for, after “What is Malta”, was “What is Malaria”. Later, the initiative went to another school, where 120 books were donated.

The group travelled around the West African country to donate all of this to poor communities in Ghana, documenting their journey on Facebook and Instagram.

To top it all off, 120 huge packets of Twistees were also given to the children, who all looked very excited to try out one of Malta’s most popular snacks.
