Renowned chef Bruno Barbieri will be travelling between four luxury hotels by karozzin horse-drawn carriage in his new feature on Malta.

In a first for his popular series Quattro Hotel he will be shooting outside his native Italy and he has chosen Malta as his destination.

He sees Malta as a very important island with a significant history that is deeply interwoven with that of Italy.

A very popular destination with Italians, Barbieri himself is a frequent visitor to the Maltese islands. He has several friends here, many working within the hospitality industry, and he is excited to tell our story on his program.

And it’s not secret he absolutely adores the Maltese sea.

In the new series, he visits four hotels in each destination and compares the rooms, service, food and general ambience to proclaim the winner in the end.
