Everything You Need to Know About Mużika Mużika 2024
Mużika Mużika is back!
The fourth edition of the Mużika Mużika festival will take place between the 14th and 16th of March 2024. The event will showcase 20 live performances of Maltese compositions, accompanied by the Malta Philharmonic Orchestra, providing a prestigious platform for local talent.
The festival is celebrated for its role in promoting the Maltese language and culture through music.
Owen Bonnici, the Minister for the Arts highlighted Festivals Malta’s commitment to making Mużika Mużika a success for the fourth year running. From musical arrangements to rehearsals with the Malta Philharmonic Orchestra, the team is dedicated to surpassing expectations once again.
This year’s stage would feature 3D elements and LED screens to enhance the visual experience, adding a modern twist to the traditional music festival.
The 2024 edition boasts a trio of beloved Maltese presenters: Keith Demicoli, Clare Agius, and Moira Delia, and the return of the Night of the Classics on 15th March where audiences can enjoy interpretations of classic Maltese songs by established local artists, celebrating the rich heritage of Maltese music.
There are also special performances by Gianluca Bezzina, winner of the third edition, and Shaun Farrugia, to look forward to which are set to captivate attendees.
