Winter Moods’ frontman Ivan Grech will be heading to Australia later this year to perform a one-off concert at the Williamstown Town Hall in Melbourne.

This marks the first time Ivan will be performing in the land Down Under, where he’ll be accompanied by several Australian-Maltese musicians and some yet-to-be-announced special guests.

Ivan’s performance will include a diverse setlist, including several covers, his recent solo work and, of course, some hits from Winter Moods, such as ‘Days of My Life’ and ‘Marigold’  – which are popular even with the Maltese community abroad.

‘It was always a dream of mine to perform in Australia. The majority of my family on my mother’s side live there.’

His Australian debut will be held in aid of  Guide Dogs Victoria, a local charity that trains and provides guide dogs for the visually impaired. A percentage of the proceeds will also go to the Malta Guide Dogs Foundation.

Ivan has often performed with the aim of supporting local foundations. He’s currently preparing a solo performance on July 23rd, in aid of Puttinu Cares.

When JP's not too busy working on polyrhythmic beats, you'll probably find him out and about walking his dog.
