Karei Wins Konkors Kanzunetta Indipendenza With Heartfelt Tribute To Late Grandmother
Christina Magrin, known artistically as Karei, has clinched first place at this year’s Konkors Kanzunetta Indipendenza (KKI) with a deeply personal song dedicated to her late grandmother.
In a heartfelt message after her win, Karei thanked her family, including her mother who was her “absolute backbone” throughout preparations, as well as the song’s composer Mark Spiteri Lucas and author Paul Ellul.
