Malta’s Indie Rock Legends Just Dropped Their Long-Awaited Album In The Most Chilled Way Ever
After hinting at an album launch over the past few months, Malta’s OG indie legends Beangrowers have finally gone ahead and dropped it… and they did it in the most chilled fashion ever.
One simple Facebook post linking to their Spotify is all it took for the indie-rock group to announce their latest album ‘Dystopia’, which kinda fits more within the EP category at just six songs.
It’s been over 10 years since the trio released a collection of music, but the lack of releases doesn’t mean that they haven’t kept themselves busy in between, often releasing a random single or preferring to perform live than in the studio.
Dystopia features some already-iconic tracks from Beangrowers, including a re-release of last year’s (and their most listened to on Spotify) single Love, You Can Never Give Up.
It also features the title track which was released in August along with a pretty rad and retro music video to go with it.
Dystopia was mixed and mastered by David Vella at Temple Studios. Of course, there are some other juicy tracks to unpackage and soak up, so go ahead and give it a listen checking over on Spotify.
