Malta’s Pop Icon Ira Losco Announces Gozo Concert
Malta’s undisputed Pop Queen, Ira Losco, is set to bring her magic to Gozo this December with a one-of-a-kind concert at the majestic Teatru Aurora.
With a career spanning over 24 years, Ira has earned every title imaginable — the Nation’s Sweetheart, a Local Legend, and of course, Lovin Malta’s 2024 Social Media Awards Lifetime Achievement Award.
But beyond the accolades, she remains an artist who performs with pure heart and soul, creating unforgettable moments wherever she takes the stage.
Taking place on 6th December 2025, this concert, produced by iCAN, promises an immersive two-hour musical journey through Ira’s biggest hits, all reimagined with stunning new arrangements by Kris Spiteri and Maestro Aurelio Belli.
She’ll be joined by her talented band and a unique ensemble featuring strings, piano, percussion, and even harp, all setting the tone for an evening that blends elegance with emotional depth.
Adding a Gozitan touch, Ira’s couture for the night will be designed by Luke Azzopardi, ensuring a show that’s as breathtaking visually as it is musically.
The concert will also spotlight incredible Gozitan talent, including Mel Xkejfa from Chasing Pandora, rising star Hannah Theuma and powerhouse vocalist Pamela Bezzina. All forming a celebration of Maltese artistry in its purest form.
